Foods rich in vitamin H are milk, soybeans, bananas, mushrooms, sweet potato, sardines, eggs, walnuts, and meat.
Rub castor, jojoba oil and olive onto your lashes before bedtime. Take off all of your eye makeup, wash your face then dampen a cotton swab with the oil mix.
