Where can I get rice water? I recommend making it yourself because it is chemical free and fresh. The quickest way to make rice water is by simply saving the water after you’ve rinsed the rice clean. Pour out the water after the first rinse to clean the rice from dirt. For the second rinse, let the rice soak in the water for a while and pour the rice water into a clean jar. The second method is to boil the rice and strain out the excess water. The rice water should be white and has a high concentration of nutrients.
Use the rice water as a toner and it will keep the skin smooth and radiant. Oh, I forgot to mention that rice water also help keeps your hair healthy, smooth and shiny too. 😉
